a long-awaited shiny orb
thank goodness. almost forgetting what squinting feels like. and what shadows look like.
a hike, a mushroom
highly recommended: taking a hike … on a sunny day … along the coast at point lobos … during whale migration season (this was back in january). even better when a heart-shaped mushroom awaits you at the end of the hike. (don’t worry, i didn’t even touch the mushroom)

watching the fog roll in and blanket our city. there is truly nothing like summers in sf.

dickens is not our dog. but she is certainly a fine dog. especially when presented with a sandy beach, a salty ocean, and endless off-leash possibilities.
